The Problem
The client relied heavily on manual phone calls, disorganized spreadsheets, and physical logs to manage patient test bookings. They needed a streamlined, centralized digital storefront that patients could easily navigate on their mobile phones.
The Solution
I designed and developed a custom mobile-first web application from the ground up. It features an intuitive booking flow for patients and an automated Telegram API notification system that instantly alerts lab collectors of new appointments, entirely eliminating manual data entry.
